At our modern production facility, the manufacturing journey begins with direct-chill (DC) casting to obtain high-density slabs. Alternatively, continuous-casting (CC) lines produce thin strip stock directly, depending on the client’s mechanical specifications. Continuous-cast stock is ideal for basic forming operations, while direct-chill hot-rolled slabs are required for critical components, offering superior deep-drawing capability, fine grain structures, and isotropic mechanical properties.
